Communication from the PTO

Automated Email Messages:

  • EBlasts-We try to regulate these as to not bombard your inbox, however there are times that these do come out daily. These are typically reminders and announcements about PTO sponsored activities and events.
  • The Link-The is a weekly email that comes out with important information for that week as well as upcoming events. 

Facebook:

If you are a Facebook user, make sure to join the Spring Ave PTO page. This Facebook page is the used to communicate information out to the Spring Ave Families.

  • There is also a non-PTO sponsored "Spring Ave Parents" page, make sure to check that page out too. Many parents have set up individual class pages as well, for example, "Spring Ave Class of 20__". Look to connect with other grade-level parents on those pages too.

 

Paying for Fun Lunches and other PTO sponsored activities vs paying for School Lunch Accounts.

School Lunch Balances are handled through the Parent Portal and are not part of the PTO. You can replenish lunch balances by sending a check to Ms. Jones made out to D105 or online.   Directions on how to create an account are sent out and handled by the school office. Putting money on this account does not pay for the PTO sponsored Fun Lunches.

All PTO purchases can be completed through this website. You will receive a confirmation email when the transaction is complete. Fun Lunch purchases will be made before each Fun Lunch. No need to remember if you ordered back in September for a Fun Lunch in May.
