Volunteers Needed for Spring Avenue Book Fair - October 23rd-29th
We're excited to announce that our annual Spring Avenue Book Fair is coming up soon, and we need YOUR help to make it a success!

Book Fair Schedule:
*Thursday, October 23 – unpacking and setting up book fair
*Friday, October 24 – Student browsing during the school day (no sales). Volunteers help students complete wish lists
*Monday, October 27 – 12:00-7:00 pm during Parent-Teacher Conferences (no student attendance), volunteers help with check out
*Wednesday, October 29 – Student purchasing during the school day, 4:00-7:00 pm during Parent-Teacher Conferences. Volunteers help with check out and pack up.
We Need Volunteers!
The Book Fair is a wonderful community event that brings the joy of reading to our students, but it can't happen without parent volunteers. We need help with:
*Setting up and organizing the Book Fair
*Assisting families during shopping hours
*Helping students during purchasing times
*Managing checkout
*Breaking down the fair at the end
Even an hour of your time makes a huge difference! No experience necessary—just a willingness to help our young readers find books they'll love.
Online Shopping Available: Families may also purchase online for delivery to Spring Avenue at www.abcfairs.com (Important: Please note Spring Avenue at checkout). See attached flyer!
